What we collect
When you contact us. Your name, phone number, email address, the services you are interested in, and anything you choose to tell us in your message.
When you become a student. Relevant health information you share so that sessions can be adapted safely — injuries, conditions, pregnancy, medication. You choose what to tell us, but please tell us anything that affects your safety.
Payment records. A record of fees paid. We do not store card details; payments are handled directly between you and Poonam.
Website use. Standard server logs — IP address, browser type, pages visited — kept for security and troubleshooting.
The body-measurement calculator and food search on this site run entirely in your browser. Nothing you type into them is sent to us, stored, or logged.
Why we collect it
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange sessions
- To teach you safely, by adapting sessions to your body and any conditions you have told us about
- To keep records of bookings and payments
- To keep the website running securely
We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not build profiles of you.
Health information
Health details you share are treated as sensitive. They are used only to make your practice safe, are seen only by Poonam, and are never shared with anyone else without your explicit permission — except where the law requires it, or in a medical emergency.
You can ask us to delete health information at any time, though that may limit how safely sessions can be adapted for you.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not become bookings — up to 12 months, then deleted
- Student records — for as long as you practise with us, and up to 3 years after
- Payment records — as long as required for tax and accounting purposes
- Server logs — a short period for security purposes
Your rights
Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to:
- Ask what personal information we hold about you
- Ask us to correct anything that is wrong or incomplete
- Ask us to delete your information
- Withdraw consent you have previously given
- Nominate someone to exercise these rights if you are unable to
- Raise a grievance with us, and escalate it to the Data Protection Board of India

Security
The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Access to enquiry and student records is limited to Poonam.
No system is perfectly secure. If a breach occurs that affects your information, we will inform you and the Data Protection Board as required.
Children
This website is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. Where a student is under 18, bookings and health information are provided by a parent or guardian.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The version published here is the current one, and the date at the top shows when it last changed.
