One hour, every weekday morning. Breath first, then movement, then rest — the same shape each time, with a different focus each day.
The structure doesn't change, so your body learns what's coming and settles into it. What changes is the focus, and how far each part is taken.
Five traditions, one practice
Rather than teaching a single school, Poonam draws on whichever suits the morning and the people in the room.
The mat is only part of it
Sessions come with guidance on food and on mental strength — what to eat and when, how to think about nourishment rather than restriction, and how to keep going on the mornings you don't feel like it.
All levels practise in the same room. Beginners get modifications, experienced students get more.

Mon to Friday, one hour. Saturday self-practice, Sunday rest.
Ask about thisPricing to be confirmed.
No two mornings are the same. Each session takes one focus, so the week covers the whole body.
Yes. All levels practise in the same room and the sequence is adapted as it goes, so you are not being measured against anyone. Most people arrive having never practised, or not for years.
Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Yin and Power all appear, matched to the pace of the room rather than run to a fixed syllabus. Over a few weeks you meet most of them.
No. Flexibility is what practice builds. Nobody is waiting for you to touch your toes.
Then you come when you can. Twice a week is where most people notice change, but an irregular practice is still a practice.
Clothes you can move in, and a mat if you have one. If you do not, say so beforehand.
Message Poonam on WhatsApp and ask. It is a small practice, not a gym chain, so this is a conversation rather than a sign-up form.
Message Poonam to ask about joining, or tell her what you are hoping for and she will suggest where to start.
