You lie down, and you do nothing. Sound does the work. Most people come for rest and leave surprised by how far down they went.
There is nothing to perform and nothing to get right. This is the one practice where doing less is the whole point.
What is used
Instruments are chosen for the session rather than used as a fixed set.
A qualification, not a weekend course
Poonam holds a Master's in Sound Healing. That matters more than it sounds — sound work is widely offered by people with very little training behind it, and the difference shows in how a session is paced.
No experience, no flexibility and no belief in anything required. If you can lie down, you can do this.

Sound healing is difficult to describe and easy to experience. These are the reasons people book it.
You lie down, covered and comfortable, and Poonam plays singing bowls and other instruments around you. You do nothing at all. Most people drift somewhere between waking and sleep.
No. It is the one practice here that asks nothing of you physically, which is why people who find yoga daunting often begin with it.
The honest answer is that research is limited. What is well established is that deep rest and slowed breathing help the nervous system, and that is what a session reliably produces. Anyone claiming more than that is overselling it.
Usually loose, slow and unusually rested. Some people feel emotional, which is common and passes. Drink water and do not rush off.
For nearly everyone. Tell Poonam beforehand if you are pregnant, have epilepsy, or have a pacemaker or cochlear implant, and she will adjust or advise accordingly.
There is no schedule to keep. Some come once when they are worn down; others once a month. Both are reasonable.
No preparation, no experience, nothing to learn beforehand. Message Poonam to book a session.
